UK-based Gozney aims to make wood-fired cooking easy with its innovative ovens such as the Dome. The Gozney Dome sports an elegant design and has a precise temperature control option to elevate your wood-fired cooking experience thus allowing you to cook a restaurant-like Neapolitan pizza in your garden.

Shaped like a dome, the oven has a 30mm double-layer stone floor and dense cavity insulation that helps it reach higher temperatures faster and retains the temperature for longer. Each unit has an onboard temperature display and comes with two meat probes to get the best possible cooking results every time.

The Gozney Dome wood-fired oven has an innovative design, where the air flowing under the wood-fire controls the heat output. The user just puts in the wood and shifts the dial to increase the temperature. Temperatures can reach up to 500-degree-celsius.

Cleaning the Gozney Dome oven is also easy: you just take the amber’s side and push the ash to the tray below that can be taken out easily. There is also a storage for wood in the unit which completes the design. In addition, Gozney is launching a range of accessories including the steam ejector and stand along with the Dome.

The Gozney Dome is designed as a professional-grade outdoor oven that can work for beginners and also chefs. Whether you want to roast, smoke, steam, or bake: it can do it all for you!
