Graduate Tiny House is the brainchild of Designer Eco Tiny Homes and is the company’s only trailer-sized mobile home offered as a customizable dwelling. The 20-foot-long and 8-foot-wide small house is built on a triple axle trailer and has two sides slanted roofs with one big end and another small end. The height of the house descends to its rear side and ascends to the front.
The exterior of the house has a rustic appeal. The roof is made using metal sheets while the walls are made out of wood. The house has a nice porch and a single entry gate. There are windows and a skylight to ensure a good amount of light during the daytime, contributing to the ventilation of the house. The walls are completely insulated and the house also features split AC to make it a comfortable dwelling all around the year.
As you step inside, you are welcomed by a small yet inviting living room that features a black couch and a small table. The windows in this section provide good views of the outside as the residents relax in the cozy confines.

The Graduate tiny house has a beautiful kitchenette along with a dinette. The countertop is mostly made of wood and has a big sink and faucet in the middle. There is a pantry to store the kitchen essentials apart from the cabinets below which contributes to further space in the kitchen.
One of the special aspects of the Graduate tiny house is that it can sleep up to four people as it has bunk beds accessible using a ladder. The mobile home also features storage space in the loft-level bedroom. A storage staircase leads to a second loft-level bedroom which features a skylight.
The bathroom of this tiny dwelling has an exquisite vanity with huge storage space underneath the basin. A shower and toilet complete this tiny house bathroom. The pricing for the house starts from $65,893.
