New Zealand-based tiny house manufacturer Build Tiny is one of the most underrated builders in the world. The company’s tiny houses are simple and sleek, yet offer comfortable living solutions paired with intelligent design. Home Haven is one such tiny house designed by Build Tiny that caught my attention while hunting for daily leads. The 26 feet house can sleep up to six people and is jam-packed with features you’d want in a regular-sized tiny house.

Finished in steel frame and vinyl cladding, the tiny house features double-glazed aluminum windows and lightweight poplar core plywood interior linings. A folding door leads to the spacious and elegant living room that has a sofa and a table. There is a television set mounted on the wall facing the sofa to keep the residents entertained.

Home Haven has a lot of space for you to walk without knocking your knees. While the clever layout might be the talking point of the tiny house on wheels, dual staircases are the real highlight. Build Tiny has managed to squeeze in separate staircases that are exceptionally functional as well. The only downside of these staircases leading to the loft area is the absence of a railing, as there is a fair chance of tumbling down if not careful.

Both stairwells feature storage options as they lead one to separate lofts. One loft includes a wardrobe, lift-up cubby boxes, and shelves above, while the other loft also has decent storage to house nitty-gritty items. Together they can sleep four to six people with ease.

On the lower level, one part of the tiny house is dedicated to the living room, and the other half features a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with stained bamboo bench tops, a pull-out pantry, and stylish black accents in the sink and cooktop. There are a number of appliances ranging from a full-size fridge (smartly integrated below the staircase) to a separate stove. One can also spot a tiny breakfast bar that doubles as a worktop desk if required. It helps the kitchen look sophisticated and modern. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
