Measuring 23.5 feet long, the houzEKO tiny house on wheels is the first ever tiny home in Slovenia. Well, at least that’s what houzEKO – the maker – claims. The tiny house is built on a double-axle trailer which comes equipped with LED lights on the side and front. But that’s not even the talking point here. The real highlight of the tiny house is its wooden facade with shutters that successfully conceals the glass door and windows when closed.

“Despite the good indoor insulation, we thought about adding this particular feature to keep users cool during summer and warm during winter. Here the shutters can cover all the windows and improve the overall insulation. If you want some privacy,” it offers that too, mentions the company. Other than offering insulation, the wooden shutters also prevent the glass from wear and tear on the road.

The gorgeous tiny house also features two side roofs offering a nice dynamic architecture. The first roof is equipped with a triangle window that allows the light to penetrate inside. The second roof incorporates a skylight that offers a starry view during the night. Now that we are done praising the exterior, let’s move inside the house.

Upon entering, you will find a cozy living room that features a sofa and a dining table. Adjacent is the kitchen which is accoutered with a countertop, cabinet, and shelves for storage. Other features include a sink, cooktop, and regular home appliances. The kitchen leads to the bathroom of the tiny house that squeezes in a toilet, shower, and vanity.

The tiny house also features a loft accessible via a storage-integrated triangular staircase. The loft is placed over the bathroom and functions as a typical low-ceiling bedroom. It is furnished with in-build furniture including the likes of cabinet for placing books and other décor items. Overall, the houzEKO tiny house radiates a plush vibe.
