Dutch design brand JEE-O’s latest IZI plug-and-play portable outdoor shower combines everyday convenience with sculptural aesthetics. Designed by Ruben van Megen, it is a completely mobile unit that requires no fixed installation. Its standout feature is ease of setup; all you need is to connect a garden hose to enjoy an outdoor shower anytime. Recently presented during Milan Design Week at the exhibition Masterly – The Dutch in Milano, it offers a luxurious, spa-like experience that connects users with nature.
The IZI shower is developed from over 20 years of JEE-O expertise in outdoor showers. It connects directly to an outdoor tap through a universal garden hose coupling, such as Gardena. This means you can immediately move it freely around your garden for a flexible outdoor experience.
Crafted from stainless steel, sand composite, and equipped with a high-quality internal mechanism, the IZI shower is designed for years of outdoor use. The sculptural base and control knob, crafted from a unique sand composite, give it a tactile character. This shower focuses on simplicity and clean lines. Using a single, continuous tubular form, it eliminates visual clutter to create a minimalist look in your garden.

The main idea was conceived during a meeting between Ruben Van Megen and JEE-O founder Lammert Moerman during a previous edition of the International Contemporary Furniture Fair. Van Megen took inspiration from sandcastles of his childhood to design the IZI shower. He further translated the temporary quality of sand into a durable object for outdoor living.
The IZI portable shower is suitable for outdoor environments like gardens, terraces, rooftop spaces, poolside areas, and beach locations. It is available in several finishes, including Ocean (brushed stainless steel), Beach (sand-colored finish), and Paint, offered in eight contemporary colors.
