The Kathi tiny house, built by Polish manufacturer Tiny House BAR – TOF, exudes a warm Scandinavian charm in its one-bedroom layout. The spruce-clad tiny house fits high-end integrated storage into every available inch, brimming with modern minimalism. The vertical, floor-to-ceiling slatted panels add a lovely touch of Japandi aesthetic to the interior, while the natural wood grain gives its exterior an organic, textured look.

Built on a double axel trailer, the Kathi tiny house measures 27 feet long, 8.4 inches wide, and 13 feet high. Despite its compact footprint, the tiny house includes modern amenities to accommodate a couple full-time. The organic façade of the compact dwelling is clad with spruce lap siding, and the natural knots in the wood add a sensory tactile richness.

The gable roof, built with anthracite standing seam sheets, adds durability and makes the house weatherproof. The same material is used to frame the glazed windows and the skirting at the lower section to protect them from damage during travel. This design element provides an eye-catching contrast to the tiny house and adds a subtle modern, industrial aesthetic to its exterior.

The generous glazing equipped with fabric roller blinds maintains its organic quality, providing privacy and shade when needed. The asymmetrical half-gable awning over the glass door accommodates its opening radius and protects it from rain. The door opens into a spruce-clad interior with a tri-toned palette that does not overpower the woodland vibe.

The interior flaunts light-toned spruce lap siding on walls, dark-toned vertical slatted panels, and sage green storage cabinetry. The spacious living area has an open-floor layout where every zone flows into the others. The living room includes a coffee table and a convertible sofa set that rolls out into a comfortable sleeping place.

If you have a guest coming over, the sofa can easily accommodate them. The foldable wooden dining table near the sofa sits next to the large vertical glazing and maximizes floor space once folded back. The space has a television connection and large storage cabinets perched above the sofa, accessible through the wooden stairs.

The linear kitchen features an extended nook that serves as a mini breakfast corner for quick meals. The wood countertop adds a rustic vibe to the space and features a black-coated sink with a gooseneck faucet, an electric hob, and sage-green cabinetry. The lower cabinetry cleverly conceals a fully integrated dishwasher, roll-out dustbin, and soft-close drawers with a custom-fitted kitchen cutlery tray.

The white door next to the kitchen opens into the bathroom. It includes a glass shower room, a vanity sink with a wood countertop, and a standard toilet. The sage green staircase with wooden steps hides a refrigerator and an oven with microwave function in its cabinets, while providing ample space for storing essentials. The staircase leads to the loft bedroom that sleeps two people and has large wardrobes for storing personal belongings.

The Kathi tiny house offers a cozy living experience imbued with a soothing, cabin-like feeling. The tactile richness of the wood-clad interior and exterior fills the living space with warmth and an inviting atmosphere. The glazed windows flood the interior with natural light, while the slatted panels maintain the interior’s airiness. The storage and space-efficient tiny house maximizes floor space by decluttering it masterfully.
