Kumeko, a design studio based in Prague, Czech Republic has created a series of floor cushions dubbed Knotty. The way of preparation of this elegant collection is inspired by old weaving, knotting, and basket-making techniques. Unique plaited upholstery that is specially developed by Kumeko Design was used in the creation of these cushions. Highly resilient foam is used for the stuffing along with a lining that includes polystyrene balls. The soft upcycled jersey tubes are knotted together with hand to form a flexible structural pattern. These knotty cushions mold to your body making them extra comfortable.
The collection of these Prague designed floor cushion comes in a variety of colors including light gray, dark gray, aubergine, petrol, and deep red.
