Taking inspiration from a stack of pancakes, the designer mentioned that she wanted to make the ordinary moments shared by her family around the table of their loft house more special. That’s how the Lampcake came into existence, acting as the missing piece that completes the table.
The Lampcake table lamp’s playful design evokes feelings of happiness and excitement. It has a simple design, which makes you more curious about it. The designer said, “The most beautiful design is that which forgets that it is design.”
The table lamp measures 1 foot tall with a 4.8-inch diameter, making it easy to place it anywhere on a table or nightstand. It is made from 100 percent Green Cast, a recycled cast acrylic. It comes with a five-foot-long cable for easy placement, and you can even place it on a shelf.
The table lamp’s base is made from different translucent and colorful acrylic discs. The discs are separated from each other with transparent spacers, creating a light layered look. A thin acrylic tube is present in the center that holds the discs and spacers together.

The table lamp features a 2700°K light source, which helps create a soft ambiance. It has a five-watt spherical bulb with an E14 base sitting on the pancake-like disks. It gives a soft glow, which gets slightly reflected in its discs.
The table lamp easily blends with the design of any interior and is compact enough to save space. Whether turned off or on, the table lamp will look like a centerpiece that food lovers will fancy.
