Driven by excellence, creativity, and commitment; Tennessee-based tiny house company Handcrafted Movement has designed around fifty tiny homes so far. The mobile habitat manufacturer prioritizes both form and function and creates enduring and aesthetically pleasing models using diverse materials. One such model that caught my eye is the $140,000 Legacy tiny house on wheels. The tiny home is built on a triple-axle trailer and measures 31 feet long and 8.5 feet wide.

Finished in board and batten siding with pacific cedar accents, the micro dwelling is capped with a standing seam metal roof that provides durability to the structure. An optional cedar deck with an awning system provides shade to the user, while a full-lit exterior door welcomes visitors inside. Upon entering you would be graced by a small yet functional living room. It features a couch, coffee table, and a wall-mounted television.

Nearby is the main-floor bedroom of the house. Featuring a double mattress, the bedroom sleeps two people in a breeze. The tiny house can also sleep four more people, courtesy of two extra bedrooms. These bedrooms are located in the loft section, which can be accessed via a separate storage integrated staircase. Both the loft bedrooms lie on the alternative sides, with one poised over the main-floor bedroom, while the other lies above the bathroom.

Speaking of the bathroom, it consists of a toilet, shower, vanity, and some storage space. Another essential element of the tiny house is its kitchen. Compact yet functional, the kitchen features a number of drawers, cabinets, and floating shelves that store and house daily essentials and decorative items.

Other essential includes a cooktop, coffee station, mini pantry, and a refrigerator. With all these features available in a petite package, no surprise it costs a whooping amount of $140,000.
