We often come across the expression, ‘one man’s loss is another man’s gain,’ and the phrase couldn’t be more apt considering the CES 2023 plot. As soon as The Verge broke the story of Sony not unveiling any new Bravia television at CES 2023, a shockwave ran across the tech community, which was expecting the Japanese tech titan to up the ante after the massive announcement of the world’s first consumer-oriented QD-OLED 4K TVs in 2022.

Well, I am not sure if LG was aware of Sony backing off from exhibiting televisions but the brand was the first to unveil its entire TV lineup this year; even before Samsung introduced its bit to the party.

LG’s fresh lineup of television includes Z3, G3, and C3 OLED TV models. However, G3 OLED TV is the biggest eye-grabber at CES 2023, courtesy of ‘new light control architecture and light-boosting algorithms’ that increase brightness by up to 70 percent in the 55-, 65-, and 77-inch G3 models.

Illustrious for its mind-boggling picture quality, LG is dominating the market for the past few years with its cutting-edge OLED TVs. However, Samsung put its compatriot under pressure when the South Korean giant showed fierce teeth by exhibiting a Quantum Dot take on OLED in 2022. This increases the brightness level far and beyond what LG displays offer. Everyone expected a befitting reply from LG, and boy, it didn’t disappoint.

Boasting a higher brightness and superior color accuracy than its former models, G3 – a successor to the LG G2 OLED TV – sets high standards in user experience and elevates the viewing experience by offering better picture quality. The company adds new Alpha a9 Gen 6 processor and upgrades WebOS 23 to complement umpteen color accuracy with finer performance and user experience.

The result is sharper, more realistic images, which elevate the user’s television-watching experience manifold. The sleek-flush mount design (leaving no gap when wall-mounted) is another highlight of the TV, which adds style and elegance to any room. Apart from G3 OLED TV, LG will also unveil Z3 and C3 models, both offering better clarity and superior performance to enhance the visual experience.
