After Samsung announced “Screens Everywhere” theme for its appliances, LG is following the vision with its expanded second-generation LG SIGNATURE lineup that includes a microwave with a 27-inch full-HD touchscreen display. This new over-the-range microwave elevates the cooking experience with the addition of entertainment facilities right in the kitchen.
You can watch your favorite cooking shows or find recipes directly on the microwave screen. The microwave features a 27-inch full-HD touchscreen display with InstaView, built-in speakers and Wi-Fi connectivity to let you enjoy a variety of entertainment content while you cook.
The screen also provides access to the LG ThinQ Smart Home Dashboard. This can be your central hub to control all LG AI appliances and compatible Matter and Thread devices in the home. In addition, the microwave can also be paired with the slide-in double oven induction from the SIGNATURE range to show the cooking progress on its LCD display. You can check the cooking status of the induction oven placed underneath it, without even opening the oven manually.

The LG SIGNATURE II-gen microwave is also equipped with three built-in cameras for real-time cooking monitoring and capturing different movements of the meals’ journeys. The new LG SIGNATURE microwave not only makes cooking convenient but also delivers an immersive entertainment experience with an onboard screen.
There are no details about the pricing and availability of its new SIGNATURE lineup of appliances but you can experience them in real time at the CES 2025.
