Flaunting a mint green color palette inside and out, the Lopez tiny house by West Coast Homes is an embodiment of luxury living in a tiny footprint. Washington-based custom tiny home builder has been catering to micro-dwelling clients for nearly a decade now and each dwelling is rife with so much possibilities within limited space, a sentiment that the layout of the Lopez perfectly echoes.

The Lopez offers 400 square feet of interior space that accommodates a spacious living room with a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen clad in mint green, a bathroom, one ground floor bedroom and two lofts. Dotted with big windows, the interior is light-filled and well-ventilated. The interior has a mint green and subtle beige color combination to exude a harmonious blend of comfort and modernity.

There are two entrances; big French doors opening into the living room, while a typical door opens into the kitchen from the side. The living room has an electric fireplace with a custom wooden mantel, a convertible couch, and a coffee table. A giant closet is installed next to the living room.
