Modonna has sold her Beverly Hills estate for $3 million under the asking of $22.5 million, and she is already rumored to be looking for another home in LA. The Material Girl had purchased the property back in 2003 under her Castillo De Lago trust for roughly $14 million and has sold it off for $19.5 million, according to MLS data. Madonna had first listed the property with a lone picture in January and in less than a year she found a satisfactory buyer with very sizable amount.
Spanning over 17,000-square-feet, the Beverly Hills estate offers a lot of privacy, it is surrounded with lush greens, large trees and a 500-foot driveway. The house has nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, two living rooms and a two-story dining room. The massive property has everything the pop artist needed to remain at her best including a theater, resort size swimming pool, gym and a tennis court.
