Many countries are dealing with spiking rents and mortgage rates. At such a time, the tiny house industry has emerged as a beacon of hope that not only offers an affordable living solution but also declutters your life and teaches you to live sustainably. Australia’s Ridgeline Tiny Homes designed the Marrangaroo tiny house to facilitate such a lifestyle. The 27.6-foot-long micro-dwelling features a two-loft interior draped in rustic minimalism and off-grid capabilities.

Despite its space constraint, the Marrangaroo creates an atmosphere of utmost comfort for two to four people living full-time or part-time. Its black steel exterior is built to weather harsh climate conditions, which contrasts with the exposed wooden interior.

The double glass doors open into the living room, which has room for a sofa and a wood-burning stove. You can place a convertible sofa to provide an additional sleeping station.

Adjacent to it is the storage-integrated staircase leading to a walkway connecting the loft bedrooms. On the other side of the stairs, a galley kitchen is equipped with a propane four-burner cooktop, an oven, a sink, a dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. There are plenty of green cabinets to keep the space organized. The countertop extends into a breakfast nook by a window.

Past the kitchen, the spa-style bathroom features a big vanity sink, a shower cabin, a closet, and a composting toilet. The bathroom has a sleek laundry setup and even underlights to create a luxurious feel.

The staircase leads to a walkway that connects the two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a full closet and a skylight. Both bedrooms have queen-size mattresses on raised platforms. Situated on opposite sides of the home, each room has privacy walls.

As mentioned before, the Marrangaroo tiny house is wired for off-grid living. It gets all the power from a solar power system connected to batteries and has freshwater and greywater tanks. The builder mentions that the dwelling is flexible in terms of size and, thus, the price. Should this house tickle your fancy, you can get in touch with Ridgeline Tiny Homes to seal the deal.
