Each flat is decked up with S-shaped Swarovski-crystal chandelier, Burmester surround sound system and a “Black Magic Wall” with built-in smart TV.

According to Wilfried Steffen from Mercedes, ‘with change in time more and more people are seen travelling and staying in unfamiliar cities due to business needs, so these flats will give them a home away from home and a sense of security.’
