Japanese sports equipment company Mizuno has expanded its Healthy Interior line of fitness-focused home furnishing. The latest offering includes a table and a pouf that double up as fitness equipment. Both of them look like any normal furniture but are built with the motive to help people work out at home.
The new members of the Mizuno Healthy Interior family are named Le Coeur table and Moignon ottoman. Le Coeur is a roundish side table that also provides users with a way to stretch shoulder muscles. There are two knobs on the wooden top that one needs to rotate in for basic shoulder exercises and stretches.
The Moignon ottoman not only provides a comfy seat but can also be used for leg and thigh exercises. Its unique design is comfortable to sit on and fits elegantly into any interior setting. The cost of Le Coeur is ¥19,800 (about $183) while the Moignon is priced at ¥9,790 (about $90).

Mizuno has also introduced new seat covers for the Le Prie Squat stool priced at ¥1,980 (approx. $18) on the official website.
