According to FCC filing from Nest Labs Inc., we can assume that the company is about to launch its first home security camera called Nest Cam. This home security camera is designed for Nest’s latest Internet of Things lineup. Droid Life has obtained pictures of the upcoming camera, which appears like sleeker version of the Dropcam Pro.

It is Bluetooth-enabled wireless camera and expected to be revealed at Nest’s press event on June 17th. Nest Cam has been in testing for months and features 1080p video streaming and a simpler technology setup. The most interesting feature of the cam will be its Nest app. The app will allow users to keep check on their status, watch feeds from Nest Cams and even control Nest products through its redesigned software.

However, for more details you still have to wait until next week, but the FCC filing also indicates that its shipment will be complete with Bluetooth LE 4.0 capability and a wall mount. This wireless camera will certainly be a new take on advanced home security.
