An off-grid-ready 24-foot sustainable tiny house offers unique downsizing benefits with its sustainable build. The compact dwelling in Little Rock, Arkansas, packs two lofts in a 300-square-foot layout. Built with natural, non-toxic materials, the tiny house provides a healthy living environment with eco-friendly insulation and light-toned wood-wrapped interior covered by a weatherproof, durable metal cladding.

Built on a full steel trailer frame, the galvanized steel façade of the tiny house forms a weather-resistant barrier and adds a modern, industrial chic aesthetic to the structure. The top hinge windows with built-in blinds and horizontal glazing capture natural light throughout the day so that the indoors stay bright and airy. Its asymmetrical roofline includes solar power panels on its flat roof, providing the tiny house with self-sustained power.

When it comes to off-grid features, the 24-foot sustainable tiny house has a 3,200-watt Canadian solar system installed and a 6,000-watt Humless hybrid inverter enclosed within the utility shed. The lightning protection system shields the entire compact house against massive electrical surges, which can happen during rough weather or electromagnetic threats. You can even monitor the propane tank using Bluetooth and enjoy wireless audio through its indoor and outdoor Bluetooth sound system.

The rustic stepping blocks lead towards the black-paneled fiberglass door with built-in blinds. It opens into a warm and cozy cabinesque interior wrapped in tongue and groove shiplap. The builder insulated the interior with natural HempWool and used HempWood flooring to keep the environment toxic-free and exceptionally healthy. These durable, eco-friendly materials regulate moisture naturally.

The interior has an open floor layout where each zone flows into the next without any obstruction. The built-in Haier mini split air conditioner regulates indoor temperature while the ceiling fan circulates cool air. The recessed roof lights softly brighten up the interior while multiple reading lights with USB ports are present in the living area and loft. The linear kitchen located in the center has a granite countertop with a 22-inch flush sink, Kohler fixtures, and a white refrigerator.

The integrated white propane stove and oven has a compact range hood with storage mounted directly above it for convenience. Generous cabinetry provides ample storage, while the black drawer pulls and black gooseneck faucet contrast against it and light wood shiplap walls.

A flip-out dining table located by the window, adjacent to the kitchen, clears up floor space when not in use. A sleeper sofa next to it accommodates an additional person in case guests visit. The black staircase near the kitchen leads to the loft bedroom with recessed roof lights.

The bathroom is located below this loft that has an electric incinerating toilet, a 54-inch bathtub, a small vanity sink, and a washer and dryer. The second loft has a double bed with ample glazing on both sides.

The sustainable tiny house offers a healthy and eco-friendly living where you can embrace the natural warmth of the cozy wood-wrapped interior. The light-toned material palette highlighted by black accents enhances aesthetics, while off-grid and smart Bluetooth features offer complete self-sufficiency. This compact house is listed on Tiny House Listings for $ 88,900.
