Oliver Travel Trailers is highly regarded in the RV industry for its double-hull molded fiberglass campers. Expanding the lineup, the American manufacturer has officially introduced the Apex X23 camper trailer that is engineered for boondocking, according to the maker. Designed for off-road and off-grid use, this 7.2-meter model is equipped with several off-roading features as well as a complete power system, making it great for extended outdoor trips to remote locations that normal trailers can’t access.

This fiberglass travel trailer features a dual-axle chassis and aircraft-grade aluminum frame, along with reinforced suspension, mud-terrain tires, and a rugged rear that make it capable of tackling harsh roads. The trailer also includes a full-size spare tire in the rear bumper. The company has not revealed the overall weight, but it has a GWVR of 7,000 lbs.

For power use, the Oliver Apex X23 comes with a 48-volt electrical system, ensuring a fast charger and power supply. It includes a 100Ah 48V Lithium-ion battery and a 3,600W inverter to easily run high-draw appliances. The Apex also includes a 400W roof-mounted solar array, and there is also an option for a 960W Girard solar awning to enhance the power capacity. Furthermore, the app-controlled power management via Bluetooth ensures full user convenience.

Other highlighting power features include an integrated DC-to-DC charger and an A/C that comes standard with each unit. The trailer has a 32-gallon fresh water tank, a 32-gallon grey water tank, and a 15-gallon black water tank to support off-grid living. It even includes propane quick-connects for a power emergency.
