It would be wrong on our part to even imagine Porsche Design Tower without any auto element. The design company (Porsche Design Group) that is entrenched in sports car history is all set to flatter the billionaires with its premium skyscraper that comes with a unique car lift.

The design company has teamed up with New York-based Dezer Development and is creating a luxurious building with 60 floors and 132 residential units. Located at Sunny Isles Beach, the $560 million beachfront tower is going to be world’s first condominiums where the elevator will take residents directly to their apartments while sitting in their cars.

The cylindrical tower with floor-to-ceiling glass exteriors, not only let users enjoy the oceanfront view, but also gives them freedom to see their fancy cars from their living room. Complete with an automated car elevator, the design company is eager to unveil their $32.5 million penthouse that can easily accommodate up to 11 cars.

Featuring four bedrooms, six and half baths, the four-level penthouse comes with two private pools, two outdoor kitchens and two “Sky Garages.” However, the star attraction is its 3,000 square–foot “Car Gallery” on the 57th floor that can accommodate seven cars. Also giving options of customization, the penthouse owner can arrange the 57th floor space as a gallery with three cars and a living area with bar and billiards to entertain friends.

The building accessible via Deservator – a patented glass-enclosed car elevator system is named after the tower developer Gil Dezer. The elevator with carrying capacity of 8000 lb can securely transport car and passenger directly to their unit.

With only six units remaining unsold, including a 19,403 square-foot penthouse, it is evident that Porsche’s venture into real estate is an accomplishment. Expected to be complete by June 2016, the Porsche Design Tower will be unveiled to public in September 2016.
