Gone are the days when you were ignorant of how to make a plant waterer at home. Given the DIY culture, this now seems so artless. And, thanks to the Rainmaker by designer Shahar Peleg, you now don’t even have to use your DIY tool kit and still you can have a very nifty plant waterer to mock at your neighbor with. Rainmaker is a plant watering cloud (cloud since it’s shaped like one), which attaches to the mouth of any 1, 1.5, or 2 liter plastic soda bottle and helps you water your plants.

Compatible with most soft drink plastic bottles, the Rainmaker works best with cola bottles. Just fill the plastic bottle with water, screw the cloud-shaped Rainmaker to it to get the job completed. The cloud with rain your plants when you squeeze the bottle gently. Rainmaker is available at Animi Causa for $11.99.
