In the realm of tiny houses, simple layouts are the best ones. An experienced team of engineers and builders at Nomadic Homes knows this well and has introduced Rocco tiny house that caters to the simplest desires. “Rocco, named after our company dog, is adaptable to any need. While this house is designed with permanent living in mind it is flexible enough to use as a vacation escape, or a second home,” states the company.

Finished in metal and wood, the tiny house features LVT premium interior flooring. The home is accoutered with aluminum window frames (double-glazed) that allow light to penetrate inside. The tiny house incorporates Mineral wool insulation on 100 mm walls and EPS insulation on 100 mm floor that provides resistance to heat flow and lowers heating and cooling costs.

The tiny house features a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Visitors enter the living room, which is a bright open space, courtesy of glazing on all sides. A window seating with a coffee table and a pouf adds functionality to the space, while wall cabinets add a plethora of storage options.

Nearby is the kitchen. This hosts a range of appliances including an electric oven, electric cooker, fridge, and hood. Not to mention, cabinets and countertops that adds aesthetic to the space, in addition to offering prep and storage space. The kitchen connects to the bathroom, which looks quite snug but does contain a small sink, some storage space, a shower, and a toilet.

Unlike modern-day mobile habitats, the Rocco tiny house sans the idea of a main-floor bedroom and features a single loft bedroom. A storage-integrated staircase leads up to the loft section. This has a queen-sized bed that sleeps two adults in a breeze. Another highlight of the loft space is the big skylight that allows a plethoric amount of light to enter inside the home. Despite all these features that contribute to making the Rocco tiny house chic and cozy, it is available for purchase at just $64,700.
