This unique structure of the Schooner tiny house designed by Brian Crabb of VIVA Collectiv and built by Total Property Solutions is a head-turner. Its uniqueness comes from its distinctive slanted profile, marked by a secret sunken rooftop deck. The Schooner is cozy and filled with comfort and amenities to make it an ideal full-time residence for a small family. The hardly visible sunken roof deck is a rare factor and stresses its individuality. Based on a bohemian aesthetic, this house on wheels is draped in vibrant colors, a lot of textures, rustic decorations, and snug ambiance that make this tiny house even prettier.

It boasts a contemporary design with multiple exterior finishes. The walls are constructed with ZIP system sheeting and finished in factory prefinished siding. The wooden trims highlight the entire facade and multiple windows with wooden frames compliment the overall look.

The exceptional sunken roof deck is a great addition that steals the show. It provides a perfect place to be unapologetically ideal and dazed under the glorious day and night sky. It is enclosed on all sides and has a lift-up roof ensuring privacy. It offers a generous amount of space to hold your humble gathering with friends and family. You can access the roof deck by a steel ladder attached to the back of the home.

A swinging glass entry door with a green frame opens up to an intriguing, fully insulated interior with 200 square feet of living space. The all-wooden interior has vaulted ceilings with closed-cell spray foam on floors, walls, and ceilings. Featuring a kitchen, a living area, a bathroom, and two lofts, its interior is immaculately done, and functional with pleasing aesthetics and playful vibes.

As you enter the house you stand in a lovely living area. It has a sofa to snuggle up and relax. There is a full kitchen next to it with an L-shaped quartz countertop that extends to make a breakfast bar, a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washer-dryer unit, and lots of storage above and below the counter.

A full bathroom with a rustic charm is located on the other side of the living room. It accommodates a vanity sink with a sea-green glossy countertop, a toilet, and a striking wooden bathtub that uplifts the entire atmosphere. The bathroom is detailed, classic, functional, and a true embodiment of bohemian style.

Now we come to the light-filled loft bedrooms reachable via wooden ladders. One is above the kitchen and the other one is above the bathroom. The bedrooms have enough space to accommodate a queen-size bed and a small closet. If the space demands, a small sofa can be adjusted too. Priced at $97,600, the Schooner tiny house is unique in its out-of-the-box design.
