It is introducing a new event called ‘Expresso Yourself ‘that will be held next Thursday and Friday (January 19th & 20th ) at Boxpark in London’s Shoreditch neighborhood.
It is clearly a very cool publicity stunt, and Match is sponsoring popup coffee dating, where it will 3D print the face of single users on to the coffee’s foam. Members will be offered a menu of eight different individuals (four male & four female) to choose from. After picking their preferred drink, members will have to place the cup on the machine, select an image from the extensive content library or approve their own created design. The 3D-printed profile picture of their chosen match will be featured on the top of their coffee foam in just seconds, giving the drink a perfect finishing touch.
More information regarding the chosen person will be printed on to the outside of the coffee cup, along with a link to track down the match. And if in case you want to hand-off your coffee cup to someone you’re interested in, you’ll also be able to get your own face printed on to it.
