Coffee tables really are central to our lounging areas, but most of them follow a similar construct. It is a rarity to see something entirely new. With a thought of creating something different and fresh, Italian furniture brand Miniforms started to experiment with Murano glass in the 1970s and has been bestowing unique furniture designs upon the world since then. In a collaboration with Greek designer Yiannis Ghikas, the furniture brand has created another Murano glass soda table with a color variation, named Soda Iced.

In the early 2020s, the brand made a coffee table design with blown glass in various colors like candies. A latest color variation has now been added to these tables. The Soda Iced coffee table has a transparent, iced finish along with a hammered texture.

The outer surface is smooth to the touch, while the internal texture shines bright. The shine looks even clearer and is emphasized by the transparent surface.

Each table takes three master glassmakers to create it with a 20kg piece of glass. The molten glass needs to be modulated before blowing, which gives it the hammered effect. The coffee table looks like a big ice cube that has been cut into the form of a table to achieve the required silhouette. The table gives a premium and luxurious look to any room.

The Soda Iced table has two size variations, a taller one and a shorter one that fit different wishful needs. The table aesthetically uplifts any commercial or residential lounging area, along with adding a transparent factor to the space. The clear sheen table is meticulously crafted into the desired shape. The table is eye-catching, stable, and is said to add a whimsical touch to the environment.
