We thought even millionaires would be on a crunch for once, they wouldn’t get better utility furniture item than the Pinel & Pinel’s Boudoir Trunk. Proving us absolutely wrong, Hermes has revealed the Coffre à Lutrin, a folding workstation which folds up into a shape of a trunk to be moved. A perfect Christmas gift, if you have whopping $60,000 to spare, the folding desk saves space and is really versatile in design. The multi-functional table is designed by Philippe Nigro and is inspired by leather steamer trunk. The folding workstation is decked out in sleek Canaletto walnut and is wrapped in caramel-colored leather. Designed as a three part desk, it has drawers with pulltabs and handles along with a special magazine and paper holder made in leather.

The Coffre à Lutrin is part of eight piece collection displayed by the French design house, Hermes. Since it is for the modern workman, the folding workstation is also made to accommodate tablet computers and smartphones neatly. What are you waiting for, shell out $60k and take home the Hermes folding workstation for Christmas.
