With wishes of a Happy New Year, we bring you a perfect mobile dwelling that can be your dream home in this auspicious run around the sun. Polish builder Mobi House has risen to the ranks of the best tiny house manufacturers, not only in Europe but in the world. Providing an incredible fleet of tiny house designs, Mobi caters to a vast clientele and designs custom dwellings to suit individual needs. The Teak tiny house by the builder may not be everyone’s cup of tea but this micro-dwelling comes with a built-in balcony, and optional deck and sleeps six in a beautiful interior, making it a coveted house.

Measuring 25 feet long, the Teak tiny house stands out in the humdrum of the tiny house lineup. Not only it is attractive and feature-packed, this custom compact abode offers the comforts of lounging outdoors that are rarely seen in tiny houses. Even if you don’t want the optional deck, you can enjoy the surroundings while sitting and sipping coffee or wine (your choice of poison) on the balcony.

But how does a tiny house manage to install a balcony without hampering the interior design? Well, the Teak forgoes one of the loft areas to accommodate the outdoor space and still manages to sleep up to six people in its petite structure. The exterior is board and batten siding in a natural wood color, with a sap green section occupying the middle section on both the front and the back.

The micro-dwelling is dotted with multiple big and small windows to keep the interior bright and airy. The French doors open into the living room that has a coffee table and a bright canary yellow couch – which can turn into a king-size bed with a few maneuvers – with storage underneath. Adjacent to the living room, a small lockable sliding door leads to the ground-floor bedroom with low ceilings.

The kitchen of the Teak is well-designed and packs a big punch. It has an induction cooktop, oven, ventilation hood, sink, a mini refrigerator fitted in a cabinet, and multiple overhead and under-counter cabinets painted in sage green. A storage staircase opposite the cooking section leads to the loft bedroom with a slatted privacy wall. The loft can sleep two in its queen-size bedding, leaving enough area to put a bookrack or cabinet for storage.

Past the kitchen, a sliding door with decorative work provides access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a toilet, a vanity sink, mirrored medicine cabinets, a boiler hidden in a closet, and cubbies for toiletries.

The living room is tucked beneath the split staircase leading to the loft and the balcony. The one leading to the balcony has a small walkway with a slatted balustrade and opens onto the small balcony which can fit a couple of chairs and a table.

The Mobi Teak tiny house is a dream home for a small family. Since, it is a custom build, the price of the unit is unknown. However, if you want a similar micro-dwelling, you can contact the builder.
