You may have seen various wooden furniture pieces with ingenious designs. But have you ever come across furniture made by molding crude tree parts? Gavin Munro, founder of Full Grown in Derbyshire, has turned different rugged tree parts into one-of-a-kind furniture pieces without any joints.

Instead of chopping and shaping trees into wooden planks and then forming furniture, the designer has used plastic molds and wrap tree branches or roots around these molds to form shape of a chair, a table, a lamp or mirror frame. Each furniture unit is shaped from trees, which are planted specifically for that reason. Furthermore, limbs of the tree are manipulated in exact shape and later grafted to form ingenious furniture.

With this innovative method, there is no need of cutting any wood using saw, axe, etc. or to use iron nails for assembling different furniture parts. According to Munro, furniture units created by such technique are far more sustainable, efficient and ecologically. Have a look at the images given below to find out different furniture units created by this unique technique.
