I believe a tiny house on wheels should neither be too small, nor too large. This obviously depends on the set of rules and regulations in a particular county. However, some areas where building codes are not too rigid open up the possibility to try a different standard of living. These are the areas where the tiny house movement is really flourishing, allowing tenacious manufacturers like California Tiny House to increase their foothold.

Today, I present to you Vesta Tiny House on wheels by California Tiny House. It is fascinating how these compact dwellings are often named. In this case, the 32-foot house is named ‘Vesta’ after the mythological Roman goddess of the hearth and home. If you think this has something to do with a fireplace, you’ll be disappointed because the house doesn’t feature one. But let’s focus on what the tiny house has to offer.

The Vesta tiny house comes finished in clear metal/cedar siding that syncs well with the white vinyl/bronze tone windows. There are two doors leading inside the house. One door is placed at the front while the other is positioned at the rear of the house. A number of windows and glazing options provide a lot of natural light to keep the house airy and fresh.

Packed inside the beautiful house is a bedroom, a living area, a bathroom, and a kitchen, but there is no loft. When it comes to micro dwellings, a downstairs bedroom makes it easier for users to access the kitchen and washroom when compared to a loft bedroom.

Speaking of the bedroom, it is spacious and features a double bed to sleep two people with ease. In addition, there are two built-in ceiling-high closets for storing clothes. A space for a desk and chair is also provided so you can do office work from the comfort of a home. California Tiny House has also added dedicated space for a washer/dryer unit adjacent to the bed. On the opposite end of the bedroom is the living room furnished with an L-shaped sofa, facing a wall-mounted TV.

Next to the living room is the kitchen of the tiny house which has a breakfast bar with two stools. The front door of the house opens into the kitchen area which is spacious and kitted out for preparing your favorite meals. It features a two–burner cooktop, a convection microwave hood, a full-size fridge, and a deep stainless steel sink. An array of base and overhead cabinets will help you store all your kitchenware and groceries.

Any tiny house is incomplete without a bathroom. Vesta‘s bathroom is small yet includes a full-size shower, a vanity and sink, and a toilet. Estimated to cost $129,050, the tiny house is available in a 32-foot configuration, while the company is working on more options including a 40-foot and 24-foot model.
