Danish design brand Fritz Hansen has expanded its outdoor furniture with the new Vind collection that reflects a continued relationship between changing lifestyles and enduring design. Drawing inspiration from the sails and the maritime landscape surrounding the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, the collection is defined by its structural lightness and refinement.
Designer Kasper Salto uses lightweight, recyclable aluminum, keeping the furniture durable, visually refined, and aesthetic. The collection includes stackable chairs and a dining table, designed to create custom layouts for outdoor and indoor hospitality environments.
The Vind armchair features an aluminum frame with a handwoven polyester cord seat that pairs comfort and durability. The chair is stackable and still lightweight, ensuring mobility that one seeks in any outdoor space.
The next in the collection is the Vind chair, which is just like the armchair but without the armrests. It also features a powder-coated aluminum frame with a handwoven polyester seat. Maintaining the streamlined silhouette, the chair showcases how a simple design captures the visual and structural elegance in a furniture piece. Comfortable and stackable, the chair enhances every space it is placed in.

The last in the collection is the Vind dining table, designed to complement both seats equally. It features an aluminum frame with a powder-coated finish. The table’s feet are adjustable, giving the table some advanced stability, while the size (160x90cm) can fit 4-6 people easily, making it apt for small family discussions or dates.
All three pieces are available in Mist Grey and Hunter Green colors and enhance the aesthetics of the space with their simple yet classic design. The collection reflects the iconic brand’s enduring legacy of sustainability and durability.
