The Waterfront tiny house is located on private land at Daufuskie Island in South Carolina. It is a unique small dwelling with a private dock and patio. Originally hailed as Indigo Escape, it is manufactured by Cornerstone Tiny Homes as a vacation rental and can accommodate four guests.
This home on wheels is built on a triple-axle trailer and has beautiful exteriors with blue walls. There are a good number of white framed windows in the Waterfront tiny house. The entry door has a red frame that brings a nice contrast to the color theme of the house. The roofline is constructed using corrugated metal sheets. The interiors of the Waterfront tiny house are appealing and spacious. Upon entering the house, one is welcomed by a large living room on the right that features a big sofa and other pieces of furniture. There is a wall-mounted TV opposite the sofa for entertainment. Above the living room is a loft bedroom that houses a full-size bed featuring red framed circular windows adding style to the sleeping area. This is the first loft bedroom of this house and is accessible using a ladder which is painted red.
The kitchen is on the left side of the entry door and features horizontal roller windows allowing in natural light. One of the windows placed over the interior seating area transforms into the bar top on the exterior. Above this window is a mini-split heating and air conditioning unit. The kitchen is studded with quartz countertops with cabinets above and below. It also features a 24-inch stainless steel sink, a convection microwave, a three-burner induction cooktop, and an apartment-sized fridge.

The tiny house has a combo washer/dryer unit placed under the stairs leading to the second loft bedroom featuring a queen-size bed. There is also a large pantry that can be used to store kitchen items. The bathroom has a shower with white tiles, a vanity sink, and a standard flushing toilet.
The Waterfront tiny house is available for rent at $190 per night. It is near the ocean so you can enjoy a nice vacation here. The property is hosted by Evolve which offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, free parking, board games, and bathroom essentials. Guests can also enjoy outdoor amenities like bicycles, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, a patio, and a charcoal grill.
