When I first saw the White Rock Tiny House, I was muddled between two choices: Whether to appreciate the groundbreaking design of the micro-dwelling or criticize the usage of space the tiny house builder (WhiteRock Tiny Home Solutions) has opted for. What impressed me is the comfortable and functional living space though the under-utilization the space left me disappointed.

Anyway, the White Rock tiny house boasts a loft that can be accessed with a storage-integrated staircase. Now in most tiny houses, a loft functions as a secondary bedroom or living room, but that is not the case with the White Rock tiny house. The maker has rather utilized the capacious loft as a mechanical room that hosts an air conditioning unit and a water tank.

This is surprising, considering modern-day makers are building unique layouts to host as many people as possible, but WhiteRock Tiny Home Solutions has tried a different approach here. Nevertheless, the tiny house features another bedroom, which is elevated from the main floor and sleeps two people in a breeze.

Just like the loft, the bedroom can be reached via storage-integrated steps that come in handy for housing nitty-gritty essentials. The bedroom also features a couple of closets that maximize space with shelving, hangers, and drawers. Other features include a side table, ceiling lighting, and a window, which enhances the feeling of spaciousness.

The tiny house also has a secret room that is underneath the elevated bedroom. I am not sure, how one would choose to utilize it, but it can best serve as a storage nook or a hideout for pets.

Another intriguing aspect of the tiny house is the gourmet kitchen. Boasting an L-shaped design, the kitchen is equipped with cabinets, a countertop, a sink, shelves, and an array of appliances ranging from dishwasher and microwave to oven and refrigerator. Apart from elevating the look of the house, offering a prep space, the countertop can be utilized for dining.

Nearby the kitchen is the living room of the house. It is an extremely spacious area that consists of a sofa, coffee table, side table, a wall-mounted television, and multiple windows on the backdrop. The windows allow air to permeate the interior with a breath of freshness, while simultaneously allowing natural light to brighten the space.

The bathroom comprises a glass-enclosed bathtub and shower. Other amenities include a toilet, vanity, and a separate washer and dryer. We are not familiar with the price of the tiny house yet, but if you want to schedule a consultation with the maker, you can visit WhiteRock Tiny Home Solutions.
