“Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere.” This quote from the movie Ratatouille relates very well with Milan based-designer and young chef, Yujja Hu.

Hu is basically a Chinese artist who works in a Japanese Sakana sushi restaurant in Italy. He loves experimenting with sushi but generally prepares traditional sushi at the restaurant. After his working hours, Hu gives wings to his passion, as he spends endless hours designing sushi in ways never fathomed before.

Hu recently made amazing edible sushi-shoes that look tempting and stylish. He started designing shoe-shia few weeks ago and posted 21 designs these shoes on Instagram. Hu’s shoe-shi collection includes Adidas, Nike high tops, Air Jordan, Vans, sneakers, cool slippers and shower sandals.

His passion for sushi art is enhancing day by day. Sushi-shoes aren’t only designs he has sculpted. He has also made many edible sushi structures of NBA superstars, actors, flags and stickers of countries and basketball teams. All these sculptures are made out of Sashimi, seaweed and rice.

The phenomenal edible sushi designs have garnered him fame on social media. He now has many fans following him and admiring his special art.
