Oregon-based Tru Form Tiny has carved a special place for itself in the tiny house industry. The builder keeps experimenting with its handful of custom models, unveiling one new model every year, and offering affordable housing solutions in different sizes, styles, and budgets to many Americans looking to downsize. A couple of years ago, the manufacturer revealed its 37-foot Urban Park Max, which was a modern, urban-style micro-dwelling. Upgrading that model with a few twists and tweaks, Tru Form Tiny created the 39ft Urban Park Max tiny house, its largest park model to date.

Measuring 39 feet long and 10 feet wide, the new Urban Park Max flaunts the same urban sophistication as its predecessor. The flat, sap green exterior is dotted with big windows and French doors. This version of the Urban Park Max does not include tall narrow windows but does employ dozens of differently shaped openings to keep the interior bright and airy.

The kitchen takes up one end of the house with a built-in dining station. It comes furnished with modern appliances, perfect for home chefs. There is integrated storage along with a washer/dryer unit stationed in the kitchen. In the center of the house is the living room with an L-shaped couch. You might want to switch to a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping space for when people stay over.

Down the hall is the main-floor bedroom with a plethora of storage. It fits a big bed and multiple closets with multiple long narrow windows along the ceiling to keep peeping Toms outside. A bathroom with a tiled shower, vanity sink, and toilet is located in the hall.

A staircase outside the bathroom leads to the ridiculously lofty loft. The loft occupied the space above the bathroom and the bedroom on the main floor, giving it a weird L shape. It features a big bed, a couple of nightstands, plenty of windows, and an elongated space that can be utilized as an extension bedroom to sleep one person or as an office space.

We are foggy on the pricing details, but since the older version went for $185,000, we expect the 39ft Urban Park Max tiny house to be priced well over $200K. Mind you folks, this tiny house may not be for those with shallow pockets.
