Boasting a 37-feet-long and 10-feet-wide edifice, Tru Form Tiny’s latest design is a beast in the tiny house industry. Dubbed Urban Park Max, the tiny house is a little bigger than its Urban Payette model but slightly smaller than any ultra-modern house. The Oregon-based company designed a park version, which would require a special permit to travel.

The latest model is a showcase of Tru Form Tiny’s urban modern design style. The tiny house on wheels is really spacious and comprises a huge floor area featuring a master bedroom, kitchen, storage stairs, and garage door opening. In addition, there is a large loft to accommodate the guests. Featuring an open floor plan, the dwelling provides a modern interior that includes all the necessary amenities one needs to live comfortably.

Inside the doors, we are graced with a spacious living room that includes a couch, a small coffee table, a chair, and some storage units. It houses all the nitty-gritty one could possibly accommodate in a living space. The large windows and other ventilation points allow fresh air and natural light in, giving it an airy vibe.

Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen with a four-burner stove and a range hood to keep dirt and grease away. There is also a full-size refrigerator, a sink, and plenty of cabinets and drawers to store things, while a dining table on one side of the kitchen can accommodate four people. There are pendant lights suspended over the cooking space that adds a glamorous touch to the house.

To cater to your hygiene, there is a beautiful vanity, a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. With all these amenities and a beautiful interior, don’t expect it to come at a bargain. The price for Urban Park Max starts at $185,000. The tiny house can be semi-customized for every new owner, meaning the price can vary a little.
