This is a modern tiny house designed by Nashville-based New Frontier Tiny Homes (for the German children’s author Cornelia Funke) to be used as a writing studio, guest house, and library. Dubbed after her name, the Cornelia tiny house provides the writer with a peaceful environment to focus on her writing.

Previously, the same company had gained an impressive reputation and a huge client base with its Alpha tiny home featuring a fold-down deck and sliding glass doors on two sides to offer mesmerizing views of the surrounding area.

Measuring 24-feet-long and 8.5-feet-wide, the Cornelia tiny house has an almost similar interior design to the Alpha tiny home with more focus on wooden detailing inside. Everything from walls and flooring to cupboards in the kitchen ensures a coherent rustic look.

The exteriors are decked with charred cedar and red western cedar siding, while there’s a covered entrance to enhance the curb appeal. On the inside, there’s an open living room, kitchen, workspace, loft bed, and bathroom complete with toilet.

The use of clerestory windows naturally illuminates the living spaces as well as brings surrounding views in. Furthermore, there are enough storage spaces, including the shelves under the ceiling to store books. With such cool and innovative features, it seems to be a great space for a writer to bring out the best ideas.

The basic model of Cornelia tiny house starts at $110,000; as reported by Apartment Therapy.
