Based on a double-axle trailer, the house has a steel frame and steel cladding and gets power from a standard RV-style hookup. Measuring 26-foot-long, the Babbalucci Tiny House makes the most of every inch with a clever layout that is balanced around a large split staircase leading to two bedrooms.

The front bifold glass doors open into the compact interior with the split staircase in the center. Walls are finished in poplar core plywood and birch, and vinyl flooring offers a charming interior. On the left side, a big couch is placed next to a window with an overhead shelf. The right side features a galley kitchenette and breakfast bar and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and a composting toilet at the end of the house.

The kitchen has a microwave, a two-burner propane-powered stove, a sink, a fridge and a washing machine, and a small pull-out pantry. Moreover, there is a handy fold-up bench to extend counter space when necessary, while a breakfast bar for two is integrated into the staircase.

The double staircase is packed with storage solutions with lots of drawers and nooks. The twin lofts feature a double bed each, some more drawers, and a lowered standing platform for more headroom. Delivered as a turnkey model with furniture and appliances installed, the Babbalucci tiny house is a cozy cocoon for people wishing to downsize their lifestyle.
