Virginia-based Tiny House Building Company is a micro-dwelling manufacturer that operates quietly and efficiently. The builder doesn’t appear to be making a big fuss about its models, and these mobile habitats boast amazing layouts suitable for different family needs. One such model that caught my attention for its simple and subtle layout is the Bayview tiny house on wheels.

Built on a triple-axle trailer, the tiny home features a composite siding exterior. To add character to this incredible tiny house, Tiny House Building Company has outfitted the dwelling with sliding glass doors on both ends to allow a good deal of natural light and air inside. This not only makes the interior look bright but also offers dwellers a picturesque view of the outdoors. Measuring 28 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, the Bayview tiny home offers a total floor space of 368 sq feet that packs a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms.

Inside, the majority of the space is taken up by a large kitchen. The kitchen contains a good amount of custom cabinet space, sink, cooktop, and space to host a range of appliances with the likes of a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Not to mention, butcher block countertops that are resistant to scratches and dents. To one side lies a bathroom that features a shower, sink, and toilet, and to the other is a living room.

Speaking of the living room, it is bright, spacious, and can be equipped with a sofa and a table. If you are willing to fork out a few more dollars, you can even incorporate a sofa bed in the living room and turn the space into a main-floor bedroom by night. The Bayview tiny house features two loft bedrooms that are accessible via a storage-integrated staircase and a ladder.

Overall, the tiny house sleeps a minimum of four people. So, if you have a sofa bed in the main-floor area, it can be used by parents, while the master lofts can be brought to use by the kids and guests. Priced at $90,000, the Bayview tiny house can be availed from the official website of Tiny House Building Company.
