Boasting an old-fashioned look, Brook’s End tiny house, constructed in 2017 is now up for grabs. The small dwelling built on a double-axle trailer boasts a simple yet appealing design offering 209 square feet of livable area comprising a bedroom, kitchen, living room, lounge loft, and bathroom.

Currently listed for sale on Tiny House Marketplace for $60,000, the Brook’s End Tiny House on Wheels is located in Stockton, New Jersey, and vouches to be an ideal home for a couple wanting to downsize.

For the record, this tiny house features a cozy living room with a comfortable storage-integrated sofa and ottoman. There is even room for a table and chair here, which makes it easy to create a personal workspace. Just above the living room is a small lounge loft that serves as a secluded place to unwind, sit, or indulge in conversations.

The kitchen of this Brook’s End tiny home features a neat stone countertop with a deep sink in the middle and a working area on either side. There are drawers and cabinets below the countertop for storing kitchen essentials, dry food items, and more. The hanging shelves above the countertop create room for additional storage in the kitchen, which also has an induction burner cooktop, a full-sized apartment fridge, and a toaster oven.

Leading from the kitchen to the loft bedroom is a storage-integrated staircase made from wood. The bedroom here has a queen-size bed that can easily sleep two. Like most tiny houses, the Brook’s End has a bathroom made using cedar wood. It features a shower with exposed copper piping and a composting toilet. The house comes finished with two 20 amp and a solitary 30 amp electrical hookup, exterior electrical outlets, outdoor shower, water pump, and plumbing system for off-grid living.
