Tennessee-based builder, Handcrafted Movement, is a master of its trade. Displaying its brilliance in tiny house construction, the manufacturer has an impressive fleet of compact dwellings catering to a vast client base. The company has designed so many tiny houses since its inception in 2010 that it even had to retire some of its models. One of the retired models is the Carolina Coast tiny house on wheels, which exudes a cozy cottage vibe on the outside and luxury touches inside.

Built on a triple-axle Iron Eagle trailer for ease of mobility, the Carolina Coast tiny house comes outfitted with a downstairs flex room, a loft bedroom, a kitchen with modern appliances, a living room complete with fireplace and entertainment section, and a full bathroom. Painted white inside and out, this 31-foot micro-dwelling is perfect for a family of four.

The craftsman door is clad in olive green and opens into the living room, which can house a couple of chairs, a coffee table, or a sofa bed, depending on how you choose to furnish it. The living room features a cozy electric fireplace and a built-in smart television hutch. It is also outfitted with an array of storage cubbies, cabinets, and closets.

The flex room is next to the living room. It can be used as a home office or as a primary bedroom. The room can fit a king-size bed and is flanked by windows on three sides.

On the other side of the living room, a full kitchen occupies most of the house. The kitchen has butcher block countertops, a stainless steel 3-burner LP gas range, a ventilation hood, a refrigerator, an oven, a farmhouse sink, and an abundance of storage cabinets. Opposite the cooking station, a breakfast table is placed with a built-in bench.

Next to the breakfast table, a storage staircase leads to the queen-size loft bedroom, which can sleep two people with ease. Underneath the loft, a spacious bathroom finds its place. The bathroom has residential-style amenities including an open shower cabin, a flush toilet, a ceramic vanity sink with a marble tabletop, and space for a washer/dryer unit.

Moreover, the interior of the Carolina Coast tiny house is completely customizable along with a couple of upgrade options for the outside. The manufacturer provides an exterior cedar porch with a cedar awning, a stain/paint cedar deck and awning system, and a cedar skirting system. Although this model has been retired, you may be able to persuade the builder to build you a similar home.
