Sierra Nevada-based builder, JT Collective, has entered the business of creating beautiful custom tiny homes. Offering luxury on a small scale, the manufacturer built the Cedar Ridge tiny house with modern farmhouse charm to sleep and accommodate a small family. Outfitted with twin lofts, a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room, and a full bathroom, the Cedar Ridge tiny house on wheels is a light-filled dwelling that can be tugged along wherever you want to wander.

Measuring 34-foot-long and 8.5-foot-wide, the micro-dwelling features a rustic cedar cantilever, accented by a dark gray metal exterior. It has large front and upper windows that pour in plenty of natural light and keep the house well-ventilated. There are two entrances, both opening into the bright and white living room.

The living room has a big leather couch, which can be swapped for a sofa bed to accommodate two more people when guests come over, a pouf, and space for a coffee table and an entertainment unit. A bump-out window has a built-in bench with storage to provide a cozy reading nook. A loft bedroom is located above the living room. It is accessible via a standard ladder and can fit a queen-size mattress.

The kitchen is on the other side. It is equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, range hood, farmhouse sink, and a generous amount of butcher block countertops. The countertops extend to provide a breakfast bar with two stools. There are plenty of cabinets in the kitchen to store essentials.

Opposite the kitchen stands a storage-integrated staircase leading to the primary loft. The space under the stairs has been utilized to create drawers and cabinets, while also providing space to stash a refrigerator and a washer/dryer unit.

The loft bedroom has a lowered catwalk offering standing height and a privacy wall. It has a king-size mattress on a raised platform, a skylight, plenty of storage cubbies, and egress windows.
