Tiny Mountain Houses is almost becoming a name synonymous with excellence in the micro dwelling industry. While the builder is not as prominent as Minimaliste, Acorn Tiny Homes, or Baluchon, the Silverton-based tiny house manufacturer is leaving no stone unturned in impressing the masses by delivering some of the best mobile habitats. Columbia Tiny House by the company is another micro dwelling that caught my attention and I couldn’t refrain from writing about it.

Measuring 40 feet, the tiny house boasts hardboard siding, composition shingles, and a gabled roofline. It has a single-level floor plan with a 36-inch entry door accessing the gorgeous interior of the house. Featuring a brand new whiteboard and batten-style interior with a pine tongue and groove ceiling, the tiny house looks incredible.

The Columbia tiny house features a separate bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The living room is spacious and has an L-shaped sofabed and a center table. It facilitates plenty of storage with overhead cabinets. It also features an LED TV and a heating and cooling system.

Adjacent is the kitchen that boasts standard white quartz counters and backsplash. The stainless steel top mount kitchen sink with chrome faucet, and shaker style standard height white cabinets add aesthesis and functionality to the space. The kitchen also features space for a washer/dryer combo and accommodates a refrigerator.

Nearby is the bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and vanity sink. Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom. Since there is no loft, the bed of the Columbia Tiny House boasts a high ceiling and is quite spacious. Accommodating four to six people with ease, Columbia tiny house can be availed at $99,995.
