Canada-based builder, Tiny Homes on the Prairie, is a fairly new contender in the market. However, the manufacturer has quickly managed to grasp a vast clientele thanks to its exquisite designs that cater to individual needs and tastes. Designed to withstand the harsh Canadian winters and meet building codes, each custom micro-dwelling has a unique style and features. The Dakota Tiny House by the builder is a beautiful mobile dwelling designed for a small family.

The Dakota tiny house on wheels is built on a triple-axle trailer and has an attractive white and blue metal exterior. Inside, it has a Mediterranean design dotting the single-lofted spacious interior.

The compact abode features a cozy living room with a propane fireplace heater, a large loft, storage-packed stairs, a big bathroom, and a full kitchen. Spray-foamed walls, floor, and ceiling ensure the house is warm and toasty even in the extreme cold.

The front glass door opens into the living room, where a fireplace heater and television are wall-mounted. There is plenty of space to place a convertible couch and a coffee table. Past the living room, a galley provides modern appliances to whip up quick or lavish meals. It has a two-burner electric cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a sink, quartz countertops, and a range hood.

There are multiple overhead and under-counter cabinets, painted blue and white. Nearby, a wall-mounted fold-down butcher block wood table provides a workspace and a dining area. Opposite is a storage-integrated staircase that houses the oven and a laundry hookup.

The Dakota tiny house is equipped with recessed LED lighting throughout to keep a warm ambiance. The prices for this micro-dwelling range from $134,900 to $138,900.

  1. Tiny house for place where winters are brutal with lots of snow. Maybe solar panels and wood burning stove, and compost toilet.
