Texas-based tiny house manufacturer Decathlon Tiny Homes has unveiled its latest dwelling, the Eeya’s Sweet tiny house on wheels. The mobile home measures 28 feet long and sits on a triple-axle trailer. Unlike the brand’s traditional Athena models measuring 8.6 feet wide, Eeya’s Sweet stretches to 10 feet to fit a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and private bedroom. There is also a storage loft that can double as a secondary bedroom.
We willl get to those details, but first, let’s run through the core build. Jerry Terry and his team have fitted Eeya’s Sweet with F-WAVE roofing, smart siding, a 12K BTU mini-split HVAC system, a 30-gallon water heater, and RV certification as standard equipment. Upgrades on this build style often stretch to enhanced rooflines, cedar accents, tankless water heaters, and extra appliances. The home tows easily behind most 3/4-ton trucks.
What catches the eye is the color palette Decathlon Tiny Homes chose for this build. The exterior is finished in blue smart siding, while the interior walls are white, and the door, vanity, wardrobe, and bed platform are all painted pink. Beyond the color scheme, luxury vinyl flooring and durable roofing give the home a sturdier, longer-lasting build.
An eight-foot outswing exterior door welcomes visitors inside. The layout opens into a living space that can hold a sofa and coffee table, leading into the kitchen just ahead. Here, dwellers get butcher-block or stone counters, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, a 9.8 cu. ft. refrigerator, and a sink.
Undercounter and overhead cabinets come painted in light pink, while rustic floating shelves add a bit of visual interest. Storage isn’t an issue in Eeya’s Sweet either, with multiple nooks tucked throughout for stashing away essentials. Just past the kitchen sits the bathroom, which follows the same setup found in other models in the catalogue: a glass-enclosed shower, vanity, toilet, and washer/dryer combo.

Across from it is the private bedroom, the true standout of this build. It features a custom platform bed with built-in storage drawers, a dedicated wardrobe, and a barn door that gives owners real separation from the rest of the home. The bed platform and wardrobe, both painted pink, tie the space together and give the bedroom its own distinct identity.
The tiny house also includes a loft bedroom. A ladder-access loft provides extra storage or sleeping space. The tiny house runs on a standard RV-style hookup. The Athena model typically starts at $79,500. We expect the Eeya’s tiny house to cost along those lines.
