If you are interested in experiencing tiny home living in real life before you settle in one, we have found a cool option for you. Situated on a 14-acre commercial property, nestled in the woods near Lake Butler, Florida, this tiny house rental makes a perfect accommodation for families looking to experience the tiny house lifestyle.

Based on the 20-foot-long Rasa model by Simplify Further, it is equipped with all the basic amenities inside for a comfortable stay. What makes the stay even more exciting is that guests also have the opportunity to tour multiple tiny homes from the builder at its nearby warehouses and outdoor showroom.

From the outside, this tiny house rental features a distinctive farmhouse-style, two-toned exterior with wood siding over white vertical paneling, and a standing-seam metal roof. The structure also includes large windows and an entry door accessed through a fixed wooden staircase.

There is also a wooden deck with outdoor chairs and a floor-standing hammock to enjoy under the sky. Guests can also enjoy other recreational exterior amenities including a picnic table, bathtub, and a fire pit.

The interior layout is simple but can be inspiring for those looking to opt for tiny house living. Once inside, you can find a cozy living room area with a sofa on one side of the tiny house. Just above it is the first loft bedroom accessed through a wooden ladder.

Next is a well-equipped kitchen with built-in barstool seating and basic amenities including a 2-burner electric cooktop, a mini fridge, and a sleek stainless steel sink with a pull-down sprayer faucet.

On the other side of the tiny house lies the bathroom with a shower stall, vanity, flush toilet, laundry area, and plenty of storage. The second loft bedroom is located just above it and is also accessed through a ladder. In want of additional sleeping space, the couch on the main level can also be used for the purpose. This way, it can sleep up to 4-6 people, making it suitable for families.

If you wish to experience how the tiny house feels from inside, you can rent it on Airbnb for about $140 for one night. After living in it, you will be able to distinguish what features are necessary and what can be skipped in your future tiny house. We strongly feel that the interior space may look compact at first, but it is wonderful to see how beautifully the owners have enhanced the overall experience with the outdoor living space.
