Single-level tiny houses have their perks but lofted dwellings offer more room on the ground floor which can be used to create more functional spaces. Take the Gallery 30 tiny house for instance. Designed by the California-based builder of movable tiny houses, California Tiny House, Gallery 30 is a mobile micro-dwelling that has luxurious interiors to accommodate a small family. It has an alluring blue exterior dotted with white framed windows and French doors.

Measuring 30-foot-long and 8-foot-wide, the tiny house on wheels packs a punch in its petite structure. The customized abode features a single loft bedroom, a giant living room, a compact kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The inclusion of a larger living space has been made with full-term occupancy in mind.

The French doors open into the bright interior, where a linear kitchen faces the doors and acts as the central space of the house. A storage-integrated staircase leads to the loft bedroom with a standing landing. The loft has a full-height closet, a bed platform with a privacy wall, and a skylight.

Underneath the loft, a full bathroom is designed past the kitchen. It features a pocket door, a vanity sink, a shower stall, a toilet, open shelving, and a laundry setup utilizing the space beneath the loft stairs.

The kitchen of the Gallery 30 tiny house has a refrigerator, wooden countertops, a farmhouse sink, and plenty of cabinets and open shelving for storing cooking essentials. You can custom add your choice of cooktop and oven.
