There are very few tiny house manufacturers around the globe who get a high level of admiration when they design something classic and are battered with heavy criticism if the final result doesn’t meet the required expectations. One such tiny house manufacturer who has seen both sides of the spectrum is Build Tiny. The New-Zealand based tiny house builder has designed over forty tiny house models and recently went on to reveal a brand new compact dwelling dubbed Glider.

Measuring 28 feet in length and 9.5 feet in width, the Glider tiny house is a perfect blend of practicality and comfort. Boasting a functional design, the tiny house comes finished in steel frame, vinyl, and cedar cladding, with double-glazed aluminum windows allowing light to pour in.

The vinyl cladding lends a contemporary and stylish touch to the house, while the fully insulated walls, floors, and windows ensure year-round comfort. Moreover, the tiny house comes prewired for off-grid solar and gas heating systems ensuring excellent energy efficiency to allow sustainable living.

The company mentions, “This tiny house is ready to plug in with a 16-amp caravan cable and can be easily upgraded to include a high-spec solar package.” Needless to say, the tiny house enhances your living experience and offers all amenities required for a comfortable and cozy stay.

Stepping inside the home, you are graced by a small yet spacious living room equipped with a sofa and a side table. Nearby is the well-designed kitchen that is accoutered with appliances ranging from a dishwasher and cooktop to a fridge and oven.

Not to mention the gorgeous countertop and storage-friendly cabinetry that enhances the value of the space. The kitchen space also includes a large table, which can be used as a workspace or a dining table, depending on preferences.

Adjacent is the walk-through bathroom, which acts as a partition between the kitchen and the bedroom. The bathroom features a spacious shower, toilet, and sink. Another USP of the Glider tiny house is the ground-floor bedroom that provides easy access to the bathroom without compromising on space.

The bedroom can be customized to user needs, with options for built-in storage and a double lift-up bed. The large glazing in the bedroom allows plenty of light to pass in and keeps the room airy and fresh.
