Weighing 8000 lbs and measuring 24 feet long, this house is relatively lighter than the traditionally built tiny houses of similar size, one thing that makes it truly a unique dwelling. It has a fiberglass sheathing on the exterior making it highly capable of being a full-time home. It is also rated for CAT5 hurricane winds making the house weatherproof and built to last. The plethora of windows keeps the interior flourished with natural light.

A jaw-dropping interior is what we desire to see in any tiny house. The Guthrie is exceeding our expectations with its quality wood finishing in the living area, kitchen, bathroom, loft bedroom, and stairs. The plywood siding exposing the seams, adds such a nice modern feature to the interior. Even the interior has structural insulative panels with foam core throughout the walls, and all the plumbing runs inside the foam to lessen your worries.

The first thing is the living area with an L-shaped built-in lounge integrated with drawers. The couch comes with large drawers that slide out and in effortlessly, and a space-saving slide-out coffee table with more storage in the same unit with a maple top. You lift the cushions and you find additional storage in there. Truly a great place to hang out and relax. Next to the couch, there is a swivel TV on the wall, above a cabinet.

Next is an idyllic and lovely kitchen. It has a lustrous walnut countertop that is smooth to the touch and beautiful to look at. It is entirely hand-made with an epoxy finish, and the cabinets and drawers are hand-built as well with walnut touches, truly a paradigm of the company’s brilliant visionary and artistry work.

For potential cooking, there is a chimney, cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. On the opposite side of the kitchen, there are extra cabinets, pull-out drawers for spices, and a washer-dryer unit, all integrated under the stairs.
