This shipping container home is built according to local building rules and it rests on a permanent foundation. Walls and roof are insulated with SIPs, while the vinyl plank is used to furnish the flooring. Inside, there are high gloss white and textured melamine cabinets. The kitchen and bathroom areas are decorated with Quartz countertops and metal side drawers.

There is also an option to equip photovoltaic arrays and convert it into a fully energy-efficient home. Honomobo builds these homes within 10-12 weeks and delivers them all over Canada and the United States.
The HO4+ shipping container home is available for purchase at a steep price tag of US$179,728.
