Mumbai-based online real estate company Housing has recently unveiled their new design studio, which is spread across 3,000 square feet in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The Chromed Design Studio, New Delhi-based multi-disciplinary firm, designed the new office as per ideas generated by Housing for providing a workplace, which is comfortable, peppy, motivating and encouraging to the employees.

Located in the fashionable, trendiest and upmarket neighborhood of Hauz Khas, the new office overlooks the fort, lake and lush green garden areas. The location gives the newly built design studio the advantage of oozing the natural beauty, tranquility and calmness from the outside. On the other hand, internal theme of the office is more lively, adding pleasurable elements into the workspace.

According to Suvonil Chatterjee, Chief Design Officer at Housing, the idea behind creating the new design studio is to generate styles driven by passion and not by functionality. The new office is all about ultra modern, futuristic office space that fosters imagination, resourcefulness as well as will to encourage teams for curating beautiful designs along with better products.

The writable walls of the studio are either  painted black or white, so employees can use them to scribble creative ideas. To motivate and inspire employees, the brainstorming wall will allow you to doodle or scribble idea while passing the passage. The brainstorming wall will definitely kick you back to your childhood days, when doodling on walls was the favorite pastime.

Conference and meeting room holds some customized vibrant chairs to add fun element to boring meting schedules, allowing you to carry out informal and open discussions. The outside decks support the perfect view of lake, fort, lush green garden and clear blue sky, making it a beautiful canvas to relax over a cup of coffee. The Housing’s new design studio encourages openness, creativity and youthful liveliness for employees to spend the long hours in office without boredom.
